Customer Service Manager — Dunfermline
A leading Scottish home-improvement manufacturer is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead their team and champion customer success across the business. You'll own the full customer journey, from first contact through to installation and beyond. It's a role that demands genuine leadership, clear communication, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm head.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the internal customer service team
- Coordinate customer service queries end to end
- Manage installation scheduling and logistics
- Liaise between customers, installers and internal stakeholders on both B2B and B2C work
- Act as the customer-success champion across the wider business
What you'll bring
- Proven customer service leadership experience (B2B and/or B2C)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A confident, assertive and positive approach
- Background in logistics, planning or coordination
- The ability to build relationships and resolve issues under pressure
